- interfere with the site’s operation or security;
- place fraudulent orders or use a payment method you are not authorised to use.
3. Products, descriptions and pricing
We work hard to describe every product accurately, including colour, sizing and materials. Small differences between photographs and the physical product can occur – for example due to screen calibration, or because a manufacturer changes a detail between production runs.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store them.
6. Shipping, risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, brand names, logos and product imagery on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
